茎突综合征由 Eaglel(1 93 7)最早报道。本病以手术治疗为主 ,目前多采用经咽或颈外径路 ,但均有其缺点和不足。近年亦有经颌下径路的报道〔1〕。我科自 1 992年始采用改良颈外径路茎突截短术治疗茎突综合征患者 41例 (6 9侧 ) ,取得满意疗效 ,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1 .1
