为了在实施CIMS的过程中,不必每次都对车间控制器进行重新设计和开发,有必要研究具有广泛适用性的车间控制模型,以降低企业的开发和维护费用。该文从层次和功能两方面对车间控制结构进行了分析和探讨。应用面向对象的方法,提出一种可重构的车间控制模型。对该模型的类库结构进行了描述。该模型具有可重构性,通过重新配置和组合,即可用于特定的制造环境。应用该模型进行车间控制管理软件的开发,可以缩短软件的开发周期,提高软件的可重用性。
In the process of implementing CIMS, it is not necessary to redesign and develop the shop floor controller each time. Therefore, it is necessary to study the shop floor control model with wide applicability to reduce the development and maintenance costs of enterprises. This article analyzes and discusses the workshop control structure from the aspects of hierarchy and function. Applying the object-oriented method, a reconfigurable workshop control model is proposed. The model library structure is described. The model is reconfigurable and can be used in a specific manufacturing environment by reconfiguring and combining. The application of the model for workshop control management software development can shorten the software development cycle and improve software reusability.
