利用声波在分层媒质中的传播理论,分析了平面声波在由不同固体、液体构成的多层媒质中声波的透射规律,计算得到透射系数公式,并进行了数值计算。结果为激光扫描声学显微镜的设计及实际应用提供了参考依据。
Based on the propagation theory of acoustic wave in layered media, the transmission law of acoustic wave in planar media composed of different solids and liquids is analyzed. The formula of transmission coefficient is calculated and numerically calculated. The results provide a reference for the design and practical application of laser scanning acoustic microscope.
