剥落、擦伤和磨损是在高接触应力、滚动-滑动运动状态下的凸轮挺杆表面所产生的主要失效形态。未经淬火回火处理的激冷铸铁挺扦容易发生端面剥落。经过淬火回火处理之后,和感应淬火的45钢凸轮配对,其抗剥落能力已显著地提高,影响寿命的主要失效形态变成了端面擦伤和异常磨损。本文首先叙述了挺杆的几种擦伤失效特征及其产生的主要原因,然后分析说明擦伤失效过程和磷化层在走合过程中的变化,最后从失效分析的角度提出了
