银合欢叶作氮源添加剂栽培蘑菇 ,尿素用量可较对照减少 50 % ,产量明显增加。处理Ⅱ培养料含 5%银合欢叶和 8%米糠 ,其钾含量较对照提高 4 0 % ,鲜菇产量提高 38.7% ;处理Ⅲ培养料含 10 %银合欢叶 ,鲜菇产量较对照仅增加 12 .9% ,且出菇推迟 ,可能与培养料磷含量较低有关。在蘑菇栽培期间 ,处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ培养料中除极少量含羞草素自然降解外 ,其余分别在第一和第二潮菇时被蘑菇菌丝降解 ,故在鲜菇中未测得含羞草素
