近年来有关前列环素(PGI_2)及血栓素(TXA_2)研究报告较多,但缺乏关于新生儿脐带血中 PGI_2和TXA_2的报告。本文测定31例围产新生儿的 PGI_2和TXA_2的代谢产物六酮前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))和血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)浓度,现报告如下。
In recent years, there are more reports on PGI_2 and TXA_2, but there is no report about PGI_2 and TXA_2 in newborn cord blood. In this paper, 31 cases of perinatal neonatal PGI_2 and TXA 2 metabolites hexanone prostaglandin F_ (1α) (6-K-PGF_ (1α)) and thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) concentrations are reported as follows.
