对抗惊厥是防治梭曼中毒的重要环节。近年来国内外有关于安定类药物对抗梭曼中毒性惊厥的作用的报道,并探讨γ氨基丁酸(GABA)系统与梭曼中毒惊厥的联系。本文观察了安定、GABA和阿托品对抗梭曼中毒惊厥的作用,以期探讨这些药物的抗惊厥效应。
Anticonvulsant control is an important part of Soman’s poisoning. In recent years, domestic and foreign reports on the role of diazepam against soman toxic convulsions, and to explore the relationship between γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) system and soman poisoning seizures. In this paper, we observed the effects of diazepam, GABA and atropine on the seizures of soman poisoning in order to explore the anticonvulsant effect of these drugs.
