以γ射线照射减弱日本血吸虫尾蚴接种免疫小白鼠。致敏后再以尾蚴攻击感染动物,同时以尾蚴感染未致敏小白鼠作为对照组。45d后解剖两组动物并以图象分析仪测量其肝内虫卵肉芽肿面积的比例。经统计学分析有明显差异(P<0.01)。提示以照射减毒活虫苗防治日本血吸虫病,保护人类健康似可实现。
Inoculated immunized mice with γ-ray irradiation weakened Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. After sensitization and cercariae challenge infected animals, cercariae infected mice at the same time as a control group. After 45 days, two groups of animals were dissected and the proportion of hepatic intrapartum egg granuloma was measured by image analyzer. The statistical analysis showed significant differences (P <0.01). Prompted to live attenuated live vaccine against Japanese schistosomiasis, like human health can be achieved.
