法治政府的实践之路在不断延伸的过程中,提供了大量的新经验、新事实,这些新生物与原有的政府建设范式之间发生较多的碰撞与摩擦。如何改变他们之间的矛盾状态,需要在法治政府理论研究中进行广泛的创新与突破。其中,政府与企业的关系问题一直是法治政府建设中的关结点。
The practice of the rule of law government has provided a lot of new experiences and new facts in the process of continuous extension. There has been more collisions and frictions between these new creatures and the original government building paradigm. How to change the contradictory status between them requires extensive innovation and breakthroughs in the theoretical study of the government under the rule of law. Among them, the relationship between the government and the enterprise has always been a key point in the construction of the government under the rule of law.
