现阶段,信息技术的发展速度不断加快,而材料的种类与类型也同样发生了改变。其中,在工程项目建设过程中,所涉及的材料与配件种类也不断增加。然而,所始终沿用传统采购模式,在实践操作过程中的效果并不理想,甚至针对专用配件而言,在购买方面花费的时间会更长,最终只能将配件总成全面更换掉。在这种情况下,工程项目的物资成本也会随之提高,严重影响企业自身的经济效益。
