目的:研究三角风炉(PDW)体内抗炎镇痛及对脂多糖(LPS)诱导Raw264.7细胞的体外抗炎活性。方法:PDW抗炎作用采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法评价,其镇痛作用采用热板法和醋酸致小鼠扭体法评价。体外抗炎活性通过ELISA法测定脂多糖(LPS)诱导Raw264.7细胞肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。结果:PDW能有效缓解小鼠二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀,明显提高小鼠痛阈值,并显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数。PDW对LPS诱导Raw264.7细胞中TNF-α的产生具有明显抑制作用;结论:PDW具有较好的体内抗炎镇痛作用及对LPS诱导Raw264.7炎性细胞具有体外抗炎活性,为进一步研究PDW治疗痛风性关节炎作用机制提供一定的科学依据。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of PDW in vivo and in vitro anti-inflammatory activity of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced Raw264.7 cells. Methods: PDW anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling method. The analgesic effect of PDW was evaluated by hot plate method and acetic acid-induced writhing. Anti-inflammatory activity in vitro The effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) on Raw264.7 cells was measured by ELISA. RESULTS: PDW was effective in alleviating mouse ear swelling caused by xylene, significantly increasing the pain threshold in mice, and significantly reducing the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice. PDW had a significant inhibitory effect on the production of TNF-α in Raw264.7 cells induced by LPS; Conclusion: PDW has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in vivo and has anti-inflammatory activity against LPS-induced Raw264.7 inflammatory cells in vitro. To study the mechanism of PDW in the treatment of gouty arthritis provides a scientific basis.
