1996年,我们成都市机械工程学会设备维修专业委员会备件组就设备修理备件供应情况开展了一次专题调查,调查重点为成都市内外27个国有大中型企业(包括部分省属企业),调查采用问卷式。我们对调查资料进行了整理和分析,现提出以下建议,供政府有关部门决策参考。 一、行政手段与经济手段相结合,采取措施,抓设备备件生产厂家的质量攻关,恢复生产厂家的质量检验。 二、由国家工商行政管理部门负责筹建设备备件消费者利益
In 1996, the spare parts group of the Equipment Maintenance Committee of the Chengdu Mechanical Engineering Society conducted a special investigation on the supply of spare parts for equipment repairs. The investigation focused on 27 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises (including some provincial enterprises) inside and outside Chengdu. formula.
