目的:用高效液相色谱法建立豫产道地金银花指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为乙腈、混合酸梯度洗脱,检测波长为243 nm。结果:标示出金银花19个共有色谱峰。结论:金银花中各成分均得到很好分离,可作为豫产道地金银花的专属指纹图谱。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for the determination of honeysuckle fingerprints in Henan. Methods: ODS column was used with acetonitrile as mobile phase and gradient elution with mixed acid. The detection wavelength was 243 nm. Result: 19 common peaks of honeysuckle were marked. Conclusion: The constituents of honeysuckle are well separated and can be used as the fingerprint of honeysuckle in the native place of Henan.
