新型HCI合成炉专用自动点火装置该自动点火装置是上海天三自控有限公司针对HCI(盐酸)生产装置的特殊性,在消化吸收国外技术的基础上,充分运用新工艺、新材料,经过5年时间独立自主、潜心研发而获得的一项最新成果。它突破了点火装置在高温腐蚀状态下长期运行的技术瓶颈,打破了国际上该项技术对我国的封锁与垄断。新型的自动点火装置的整体技术性能及水平均超过了国外产品,目前已在多个行业稳定运行,消除了HCI合成炉人工点火的安全隐患。
