政党制度是政治制度的重要组成部分。新的世纪我国的政党制度将如何发展？尽管目前世界各国政党制度类型繁多，但任何国家都必须采用适合本国特点的政党制度。我国所实行的中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度正是历史严格选择的结果。它适合于我国的阶级状况，适合于我国现代化建设的方向。但是，我国现在正处于社会主义初级阶段，我国社会主义的不成熟性决定了我国政党制度现时的不完善性，如何进一步完善，仍然是我们的一项长期而又紧迫的任务。
Political party system is an important part of the political system. How to develop the party system in our country in the new century? Despite the wide variety of political party systems in various countries in the world, any country must adopt a political party system that suits its own characteristics. The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC in China is just the result of a rigorous historical selection. It is suitable for the class situation in our country and is suitable for the direction of our country’s modernization. However, our country is now in the initial stage of socialism. The immaturity of our socialism determines the current imperfections in our party system and how to further improve it is still a long-term and urgent task for our country.
