辐射诱变在育种工作中已被应泛应用,它具有在保持某个品种多数优良性状的基础上,改善其一、二个不良性状及育种时间较短的效果。1972年以来,我们应用 Co~(60)r 射线照射玉米的一些品种、单交种和自交系的干种子,经过多年观察,选择和配合力的测定,初步认为可以选育早熟和抗病的自交系。一、材料与方法试材为白马牙、白鹤、金黄后、白单一、白单二、双四×替423、双五×替423、反帝105、威大、开21、C_(103)、替423等15个品种、单交种和自交系。1972年在辽宁省农科院以 Co~(60)r 射线15000伦和20000伦处理了配合力较高,易感大斑病
