以往的研究已证实16苯氧-ω-17,18,19,20四去甲基PGE:甲基磺酰胺(Sulprostone)对终止中期妊娠有效.反复肌肉注射Sulprostone能使90%的病人在30小时内终止妊娠.本文作者采用宫颈昆布条与肌肉注射Sulprostone相配合的方法,对120名中期妊娠妇女进行试验治疗,以期证明此方法可提高流产成功率并缩短流产时间.研究对象120名随机分为四组(初产妇女平均分在四个组内),每组30名.一组:在宫颈管塞入一个中号昆布条,位置使之恰在宫颈内口之上,8小时后撤出昆布条,肌肉注射Sulprostonelmg,每8小时一次(最多4次).二组:肌肉注射Sul-
