目的:探讨叉头蛋白3(FoxP3)在胃癌患者病理组织切片中的表达模式。方法:用免疫组化方法对56例不同TNM分期的胃癌患者病理组织进行染色,同时取其中30例患者的正常胃组织作阴性对照,观察FoxP3在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤TNM分期和转移的关系。结果:胃癌细胞表达FoxP3蛋白,并且主要分布于胃癌细胞的细胞核,少数分布于胞浆区;FoxP3蛋白在胃癌患者中的阳性表达率为68%(38/56),明显高于正常胃组织的23%(7/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移患者的阳性表达率分别是90%(28/31)和40%(10/25),两者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FoxP3蛋白表达的阳性率与年龄、性别无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者FoxP3表达阳性率明显高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期,同时表达量随着TNM分期增高表达逐渐增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高表达的FoxP3可能导致胃癌细胞免疫逃逸参与胃癌的发生、发展过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of FoxP3 in pathological sections of gastric cancer patients. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to stain the histopathology of 56 gastric cancer patients with different TNM stages. Meanwhile, the normal gastric tissues of 30 patients were used as negative control to observe the expression of FoxP3 in gastric cancer tissues, The patient’s gender, age, TNM staging and metastasis of the tumor. Results: Foxp3 protein was expressed in gastric cancer cells and mainly distributed in the nucleus of gastric cancer cells, with a few in cytoplasm. The positive rate of FoxP3 protein in gastric cancer was 68% (38/56), which was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues (P <0.05). The positive expression rates in patients with lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis were 90% (28/31) and 40% (10/25) respectively, and the difference was statistically significant The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of FoxP3 expression was not related to age and gender (P> 0.05). The positive rates of FoxP3 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅲ Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, while the expression increased with the TNM staging increased gradually, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: High expression of FoxP3 may lead to gastric cancer cell immune escape involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
