目的 :探讨微乳薄层色谱法在分离鉴定黄连类药物中的应用。方法 :以 6种SDS 正丁醇 正庚烷 水微乳液作为展开剂 ,通过聚酰胺薄层色谱 ,分离和检测 13种黄连药材、饮片及中成药。考察了微乳液类型对分辨率的影响。结果 :含水量 75 % (O/W型 )的微乳液为适宜的展开剂。与常用展开剂比较 ,实验条件宽容 ,分离效果理想 ,检测灵敏度显著提高。结论 :建立了 1种新型的色谱技术 ,可以简便、准确、高效地分离和鉴定黄连类药物。
Objective : To explore the application of microemulsion thin layer chromatography in the separation and identification of Coptis. Methods : Thirteen kinds of Rhizoma Coptidis Rhizoma, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Chinese Patent Medicine were separated and detected by polyamide thin-layer chromatography with 6 SDS n-butanol n-heptane water microemulsion as developing solvent. The influence of the type of microemulsion on the resolution was examined. Results : A 75% (O/W type) microemulsion with water content was a suitable developer. Compared with commonly used developing agents, the experimental conditions are tolerant, the separation effect is satisfactory, and the detection sensitivity is significantly improved. Conclusion : A new type of chromatographic technique has been established to isolate, identify and identify berberine drugs simply, accurately and efficiently.
