Korf氏等曾报告一次可从一份脑脊液(CSF)标本中,分离提取并用荧光分光光度法测定单胺类介质多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)的主要代谢物高香草酸(HVA)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙二醇(MHPG)与5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)。并同时能用紫外分光光度法测定丙磺舒(Prob)浓度。经我们改良后,HVA与MHPG回收率较前提高,稀释试验、分段试验和平行试验均符合要求。因此为在我国开展人脑单胺类介质更新率研究提供了较简便的测试方法,现报告如下:
Korf et al. have reported that they can be isolated and extracted from a single cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sample and assayed for monoamines DA, norepinephrine (NE), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The main metabolites are homovanillic acid (HVA), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl glycol (MHPG) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA). At the same time, the spectrophotometric method can be used to determine the concentration of probenecid (Prob). After our improvement, the recovery rate of HVA and MHPG was higher than before. The dilution test, segmented test and parallel test all met the requirements. Therefore, it provides a simpler test method for the research on the update rate of monoamine media in human brain in China. The report is as follows:
