目的:探索三维CT在髁状突病变中的应用价值,分折其与常规X线和二维CT间的优缺点。材料和方法:对20例髁状突病变常规X线、二维CT和三维CT显示结果与手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果:对髁状突骨折的显示三维CT最为理想,对髁状突骨髓炎二维CT可较好地显示其周围软组织改变的情况,三维CT对颞颌关节的骨性强直可显示立体观。对髁状突肿瘤内部结构的显示二维CT最为理想。结论:三维CT在下颌骨髁状突病变的诊断中具有重要的应用价值,二维CT与三维CT互相补充是诊断髁状突病变的最佳检查方法。
Objective: To explore the value of three-dimensional CT in the diagnosis of condylar process and to compare its advantages and disadvantages with conventional X-ray and two-dimensional CT. Materials and Methods: Contrast analysis was made between the results of routine X-ray, two-dimensional CT and three-dimensional CT in 20 cases of condyle disease and the pathological results. Results: The best three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) imaging of condylar fractures showed that the two-dimensional CT of condylar osteomyelitis could show the changes of surrounding soft tissue. The three-dimensional CT showed the stereoscopic view on the bony rigidity of the temporomandibular joint. Condyloid tumor internal structure of the display of two-dimensional CT is the most ideal. Conclusion: Three-dimensional CT has an important value in the diagnosis of mandibular condyle lesions. Two-dimensional CT and three-dimensional CT complement each other is the best method to diagnose condylar lesions.
