二汽生产的6100型发动机连杆锻件过去废品率很高,成为生产中的关键。经分析发现,连杆质量严重超差及断裂是造成锻件质量下降的主要原因。文章着重阐述了提高锻件质量的技术措施。
Two steam production of 6100 engine connecting rod forgings in the past a high rejection rate has become the key to production. After analysis, it is found that the quality of the connecting rod is seriously overqualified and the fracture is the main reason that causes the forging quality to decline. The article focuses on improving the quality of forging pieces of technical measures.
