止血敏是临床常用的止血药物之一。它能增加血液中血小板数量,促进血小板释放凝血活性物质,降低毛细血管通透性,减少血液渗出。以往文献报道认为本品毒性低,陈新谦等报道静注时可发生休克。现报道2例因静脉使用止血敏引起的药物热。

Reported in the literature that the low toxicity of this product, Chen Xin Qian other reports can occur when the shock intravenous injection. 2 cases are reported because of intravenous hemostatic sensitivity caused by drug fever.
