利用DNA提取试剂盒提取玉米基因组DNA,对其操作步骤进行改良优化,从而获得一种快速、简便的提取玉米基因组DNA的方法。在原试剂盒的操作步骤基础上,对实验材料用量、是否加入β-巯基乙醇、裂解时间、洗脱液用量等条件进行了优化,并使用两对引物所提取到的基因组DNA进行扩增,根据扩增效果确定DNA质量。优化后的方法可以在保证基因组DNA质量的前提下节省实验试剂和操作时间。
