港口是经济增长的重要推动力,同时也是耗能大户和垃圾大户。当前,全国各地的港口企业在货物吞吐量快速发展的同时,也在相当数量地产生着垃圾。如果不能在环境保护和经济利益之间良好平衡,就有可能造成环境污染。科学发展观认为,发展不仅仅是经济的增长,而应该是包括经济、政治、文化、社会的全面协调发展;应该是人与自然相和谐的可持续发展。
The port is an important driving force for economic growth, but also large energy-hungry households and garbage. At present, port enterprises across the country are experiencing a considerable amount of garbage while their cargo throughput is rapidly growing. If not a good balance between environmental protection and economic benefits, it may cause environmental pollution. According to the scientific concept of development, development should not only include economic growth, but should include all-round and coordinated development of economy, politics, culture and society. It should be a sustainable development that is harmonious with man and nature.
