思想政治工作在人事工作当中有着不可替代的重要作用,同其在别的领域所实现的价值一样,政治思想工作在人事工作的领域里同样起到了灵魂,方向,生命线等等的保障作用。尤其是在当前的大环境下,以人为本思想的提出,既说明了国家社会对于人本的重视,也体现出了人在企业或单位的重要意义。因此,结合时代发展,开拓政治思想内容并将其作用发挥到人事工作中,便成为人事管理工作的一个重要趋势。本文就思想政治工作在人事工作中发挥的作用做了简要探讨,以资参考。
Ideological and political work plays an irreplaceable and important role in personnel work.
