猪是钩端螺旋体的主要保菌动物之一。生猪带菌情况的调查,既往均采用动物接种;除菌滤板直接滤过及肾脏活体组织穿刺等方法。均较繁杂,不宜在农村使用。我们参考山东省卫生防疫站的经验,用猪尿直接镜检法作生猪带钩体菌的调查尝试,现将所用方法及结果汇报如下:
