森林分类经营 ,是根据森林的各自特点 ,将其划分为商品林和公益林两大类 ,然后对它们采取相应的措施进行经营管理 ,促其发挥最大的效益。针对我省森林分类经营中存在的诸如森林的划分、管理体制、管理措施和林政资源管理以及生态公益林补偿立法等问题进行了初步的探讨 ,提出要明确森林分类的原则和标准 ,强化森林分类经营的措施和健全法制 ,加大林业行政执法的力度等对策
Forest classified management is based on the characteristics of the forest, it is divided into two categories of commercial forest and public welfare forest, and then take corresponding measures to their management, promote its maximum efficiency. Aiming at the issues such as the division of forest, the management system, the management measures and the management of forestry resources and the legislation of compensation for ecological public welfare forests in our province, this paper discussed the principles and standards of forest classification, and strengthened the classification of forest Management measures and improve the legal system, increase the intensity of forestry administrative law enforcement and other countermeasures
