电流PWM控制是无刷直流机(BLDCM)交流伺服系统的关键,常用电流跟踪型PWM方式.本文提出恒频采样电流跟踪型PWM方式,并对其开关策略进行了理论分析.前者为非线性的,环宽的准确控制较困难;后者为线性的,采样频率的控制则较容易.在实验系统上验证了理论分析的正确性,效果令人满意.
Current PWM control is the key to AC servo system of brushless DC machine (BLDCM), commonly used current tracking PWM mode. In this paper, constant-frequency sampling current tracking PWM mode is proposed, and its switching strategy is analyzed theoretically. The former is non-linear, accurate control of the ring width is more difficult; the latter is linear, and the sampling frequency control is easier. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified on the experimental system, and the result is satisfactory.
