在氧化处理后的碳纤维 (CF)表面涂敷不同的偶联剂 ,石英粉用KH -5 5 0和脱模剂处理 ,然后在双辊混炼机上与双马来酰亚胺 (BMI)树脂熔融混炼 ,采用模压工艺制备CF/SiO2 /BMI复合材料试样 ,对其弯曲强度和吸水率进行了测试。并且用电子光谱化学分析 (ESCA)分析了氧化前后碳纤维表面的成分和官能团 ,讨论了碳纤维表面处理对复合材料弯曲强度的影响。结果表明 ,不同偶联剂对其弯曲强度均有较大的影响
The oxidized carbon fibers (CF) were coated with different coupling agents. Quartz powder was treated with KH-550 and a release agent, and then mixed with a bismaleimide (BMI) resin Melt-kneading, CF / SiO2 / BMI composites were prepared by compression molding, and their flexural strength and water absorption were tested. The composition and functional groups of the surface of carbon fiber before and after oxidation were analyzed by electron spectroscopy (ESCA). The effect of carbon fiber surface treatment on the flexural strength of the composites was also discussed. The results show that different coupling agents have a greater impact on the flexural strength
