让工业机器人代替人去完成一些人不愿干、干不好和干不了的工作是畅志军不懈追求的目标。1990年夏天,在轰轰烈烈的“留学潮”的裹挟下,畅志军也冲出国门,选择在日本自费留学。17年后,畅志军只身飞回深圳,白手起家,创办“莱恩精机(深圳)有限公司”(以下简称莱恩精机公司),立志做中国最好的职能工业机器人。东渡扶桑每天凌晨4点起床,往方圆一公里的几百户人家送报纸。初夏多雨,冬天多雪,在这种艰难的季节里推着载有几百份报纸的自行车走一个半小时才能完成投递。
