集体行动的构建是组织分析的中心命题。本文简要介绍了法国组织社会学的基本观点,并结合一次维权事件的实证分析展示了法国组织社会学在集体行动领域的独特视角与应用前景。
The construction of collective action is the central proposition of organizational analysis. This article briefly introduces the basic standpoints of French sociology of organization and demonstrates the unique perspective and application prospect of French sociology of organization in the field of collective action combined with the empirical analysis of a rights protection incident.
