[目的]探讨体外反搏对心肌缺血犬超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的作用。[方法]19只健康杂种犬随机分为对照组、缺血组和反搏组3组,分别于冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成心肌缺血模型,结扎后60 min、120 min、180 min记录以下指标:①心外膜心电图;②血清MDA水平和红细胞SOD活性;③心肌组织的MDA水平和SOD活性。[结果]体外反搏组犬的心电图有明显改善。在冠状动脉结扎前,3组犬血中MDA水平和SOD活性均无差异(P>0.05);结扎后60、120、180 min时,反搏组犬SOD活性明显高于缺血组,而MDA水平明显低于缺血组(P<0.05)。正常组和反搏组犬心肌SOD的活性明显高于缺血组,而MDA含量明显低于缺血组(P<0.05)。[结论]体外反搏对实验性心肌缺血有保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应和提高抗氧化能力有关。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of EECP on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardial ischemic dogs. [Method] Nineteen healthy mongrel dogs were randomly divided into control group, ischemia group and counterpulsation group. The myocardial ischemia models were induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. The dogs were harvested at 60 min, 120 min and 180 min after ligation Indicators: epicardial electrocardiogram; serum MDA levels and erythrocyte SOD activity; myocardial MDA levels and SOD activity. [Result] The ECG of dogs in EECP group was significantly improved. Before coronary artery ligation, there was no difference in MDA level and SOD activity between the three groups (P> 0.05). At 60, 120 and 180 min after ligation, the activity of SOD in the group of Doppler echocardiography was significantly higher than that of the ischemic group The level was significantly lower than the ischemic group (P <0.05). The activity of SOD in myocardium of dogs in normal group and EECP group was significantly higher than that in ischemic group, while the content of MDA in myocardium was lower in ischemic group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] EECP has a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia, the mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidation ability.
