目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法用于医院冷链药物管理模式的实践与作用。方法:以此管理模式为指导,考察与分析院内冷链药物管理的各个环节中存在的问题,针对问题制订计划并予实施,并再次考察与评价该法对医院冷链药品的管理成效,建立适用于医院冷链药物管理的工作方法。结果与结论:运用PDCA循环管理法对医院冷链药品的管理起到了积极的作用,通过6月实践,各环节中的检查项目逐步达到目标值,明显提高了院内冷链药品的管理水平,保障了冷链药品的质量。
Objective: To explore the practice and effect of PDCA cycle management method for hospital cold chain drug management. Methods: Based on this management mode, we inspected and analyzed the existing problems in various aspects of cold chain drug management in hospitals, formulated plans for the problems and implemented them, and revisited and evaluated the results of the management of cold chain medicines in hospitals. Suitable for hospital cold chain drug management methods of work. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The PDCA cycle management method has played a positive role in the management of cold chain medicines in hospitals. Through the practice in June, the inspection items in various links have gradually reached the target value, which obviously improved the management level of cold chain medicines in the hospital and ensured The quality of cold chain drugs.
