时隔多年我国再次启动电力体制改革,社会各界对这一轮里程碑式的电力改革有着很多期待。“新电改”方案的最终目标是完成输配电价改革,建立电网企业盈利新模式,本文简要介绍此次电力改革内容,从主从博弈理论角度,提出一种售电商制定价格的方法并进行数值分析。结果表明:通过提出的主从博弈电价策略,售电商们能够实现利润最大化,从而得到一种最优定价策略。
After years of starting power reform in our country, the community has many expectations for this round of landmark electricity reform. The ultimate goal of the “new electricity reform ” program is to complete the reform of transmission and distribution tariffs, the establishment of a new model of the profitability of power grids, this article briefly describes the contents of the power reform, from the perspective of game theory, proposed a selling electricity supplier to set the price Methods and numerical analysis. The results show that through the proposed game strategy, electricity salespersons can maximize profits and get an optimal pricing strategy.
