缤纷的色彩不仅令人心情愉悦,也为人们带来生机!墨西哥帕丘卡有一片村落,当地年轻人失业、犯罪率高,曾是让人却步的贫民区,但一群艺术家却用画笔改变了一切。街头涂鸦艺术家“German Crew”和墨西哥政府合作,用14个月为这片单调的住宅“上色”。由于彩绘面积广大,许多当地青年也加入彩绘的行列,有了工作,他们的生活渐渐步上正轨,使犯罪率渐渐下降。
