(一)学术会议与学术交流由全国外国法制史研究会主办,华东政法学院、西宁市政府承办的全国外国法制史研究会第18届年会于2005年8月21—22日在青海省西宁市举行。来自全国40多所高校、科研机构、出版机构的120多位专家学者出席了年会。本次年会的主题是“20世纪外国刑事法律的理论与实践”。与会者围绕年会主题提交论文59篇,并在为期两天的
(1) Academic Conferences and Academic Exchanges The 18th Annual Conference of the National Seminar on the History of Foreign Legal Institutions, hosted by the East China Institute of Political Science and Law and the Xining Municipal Government, was sponsored by the National Association of Foreign Legal History Research in August 21-22, 2005 in Xining, Qinghai Province City hold. More than 120 experts and scholars from over 40 universities, research institutes and publishing agencies across the country attended the conference.
