高职会计教育培育的目标是:应用型、技术型人才,是培养具备职业能力的实用人才基础。由于《会计认识性实习》这门课程是一门实践性很强的实训课程,有必要设计一套可行性,有趣性,让学生在玩中做,做中学的可行性方案,注重培养学生的自我学习,与人交流,与人合作能力,最终使学生形成和逐步提高职业核心能力。
