在拖拉机、内燃机、电机和小型电机的制造中,转子铁心、换向器或滑环与轴之间的连接,以往都采用滚花压配合。我厂一车间工人、技术人员发扬学习与独创相结合的精神,将传统的轴滚花工艺改革为冲压工艺。改革后,质量既符合技术要求,而生产效率提高1.3倍,并可节约大量滚花刀具。以加工2马力起动电机轴上二档尺寸为例,在40吨冲床冲制时,与滚花法对比如下:
