消防执法是国家赋予公安消防机构的重要职责,它的正确实施不仅有利于消防工作,而且会促进全面建设小康社会的发展。在贯彻十六大精神、推进全面建设小康社会的进程中,消防机构必须与时俱进,加强消防执法建设,进一步提高执法水平,为社会主义现代化建设创造良好的消防安全环境。
Fire law enforcement is an important responsibility given by the state to public security and fire fighting agencies. Its correct implementation not only benefits fire prevention work, but also promotes the development of building an overall well-to-do society. In carrying out the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress and advancing the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, fire service agencies must keep pace with the times, strengthen fire prevention and law enforcement, and further raise the level of law enforcement so as to create a good fire and safety environment for the socialist modernization.
