Many companies pay attention to the use of external resources in society in the process of promoting informationization and call it an outreach model for enterprises: establishing relationships with relevant IT vendors and tertiary institutions to form a strategic alliance. By recruiting foreign postal experts as informatization consultants for enterprises, enterprises can easily consult difficult questions encountered in the process of informatization and also allow external experts to help do some informative and specific work.
