本文指出了叶片精加工的误差不符合正态分布规律,并推导了叶片精加工的误差概率分布函数。作者发现,一批精加工叶片存在着必然的增厚趋势,称之为“自然增厚”。而叶片增厚对燃气轮机输出功率的影响与燃机运行中的积垢非常相似,必然会引起功率下降。因而,本文从理论上阐明了某些燃气轮机出力不足的必然性。为解决这一问题,应制定非对称的叶片加工公差带,以补偿叶片精加工时的自然增厚现象。
This paper points out that the error of blade finishing does not fit the normal distribution law, and deduces the error probability distribution function of blade finishing. The authors found that a number of finishing leaves there is a certain trend of thickening, known as “natural thickening.” The effect of blade thickening on the output power of a gas turbine is very similar to the fouling in gas turbine operation, which inevitably leads to power loss. Therefore, this paper theoretically illustrates the inevitability of some gas turbines in short supply. In order to solve this problem, asymmetric blade processing tolerances should be established to compensate for the natural thickening during blade finishing.
