电力企业是人民日常生产生活和国家建设的重要保障型企业。电力企业对于社会经济的平稳发展有着直接的影响。然而,随着社会经济体制改革的不断深化,电力企业在目前的发展中面临着种种的风险。加强电力企业风险的内部控制可以有效地避免不必要的企业财产损失。全面预算管理作为一项先进的管理手段,采用全面预算管理制度能有更好地实现企业的风险内控的目的。本文结合电力企业财务风险与风险内控的现状,对电力企业全面预算管理的实施做了简要的探究。
Electric power enterprises are the important guarantee enterprises for the people’s daily production and life and for the nation’s construction. Power enterprises have a direct impact on the steady development of social economy. However, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the social and economic system, power companies are faced with various risks in the current development. Internal control to strengthen the risk of power enterprises can effectively avoid unnecessary loss of corporate property. Total budget management as an advanced management tool, the use of a comprehensive budget management system can better achieve the purpose of internal risk control. Combined with the status quo of financial risk and internal risk control in electric power enterprises, this paper makes a brief exploration into the implementation of total budget management in electric power enterprises.
