许多国外引进的工程机械都采用硅交流发动机,晶体调节器与之配套使用,而发电机的电流输出多为充电指示灯指示。晶体调节器使用一段时间,易发生故障,但因缺少配件影响修复使用。若改用国产调节器,充电系电路、充电指示也需改用由电流表作指示,既费工费时、又影响仪表盘的美观,甚至有时要重作支架安在仪表盘外边。
