工读学生是我们学校教育中的特殊群体,之所以特殊就在于学生不但文化基础差,音乐基础知识也缺乏,而且在对音乐美的认识上也存在着种种的偏差,因而工读学校音乐教学的难度就可想而知。如何从工读学校的学生出发,以音乐为载体,培养学生的音乐兴趣,进而激发出学生的学习热情,从而树立正确的审美观、审美能力,并且在音乐实践中陶冶学生的情操,净化学生的心灵,这是我作为一名工读教师责无旁贷的责任。经过十几年特殊教育工作经验的积累,深感工读学生在学习音乐、培养兴趣方面,确有其特殊之处,现就这方面的情况谈几点心得体会。
Work-study students are special groups in our school education. The special reason is that students not only have poor cultural foundation and lack of basic music knowledge, but also have various deviations in their understanding of musical beauty. Therefore, the difficulty of music teaching in work-study schools One can imagine. How to develop students ’interest in music from the students who work in schools and the music as carrier to stimulate the students’ enthusiasm for learning so as to establish correct aesthetic standards and esthetic abilities and to cultivate students ’sentiments in music practice so as to purify the students’ Mind, this is my duty as a work-study teacher. After more than a decade of experience in special education, I deeply feel that the work-study students do have some special characteristics in learning music and cultivating their interests. I will now talk about some experiences in this regard.
