改革开放以来,党和政府高度重视妇女发展,通过经济、法律、行政、宣传等手段,积极促进男女平等和妇女发展,妇女的基本权益得到保障和实现,妇女平等的劳动就业权利及受教育程度大幅度提高。据调查:除女性生理特征的高劳动成本、社会的歧视因素、下岗失业女工文化素质、技能偏低外,女性自身一些错误观念和缺点,是女性就业难、失业率高的内在原因。根据具体指导对象及女性实际情况,在职业指导的过程中应主要分为四大类:一类:大中专毕业生;二类:下岗失业职工;三类:农民工;四类:有自主创业愿望的人员。
