为了进一步了解掌握北京市“六五”至“八五”时期固定资产投资效益情况,我们于1997年的7、8月间对这一时期北京市属及中央在京单位的部分大型建设项目进行了问卷调查,这次调查得到了有关企事业单位、项目主管部门的积极配合,提供了大量有参考价值的数据。调查内容主要涉及建设工期、概算情况、设备水平与利用情况、产出情况和项目评价等方面。调查范围包括工业、非工业、竣工、在建、基本建设、更新改造等各类项目。至八月底,共收回有效问卷50份。其中,工业竣工项目14份,工业在建项目16份,非工业竣工项目6份,非工业在建项目14份。从
In order to understand more about the benefits of capital investment in fixed assets during the period from the “6th Five-Year Plan” to the “Eighth-Five-Year Plan” in Beijing, we carried out some large-scale construction projects in Beijing and central Beijing in this period in July and August of 1997 Questionnaire survey, this survey has been the relevant enterprises, institutions and projects in charge of the active cooperation, providing a large number of reference data. Survey mainly related to the construction period, budget estimates, equipment level and utilization, output and project evaluation and so on. The scope of the investigation includes various projects such as industrial, non-industrial, completed, under construction, capital construction, renovation and transformation. By the end of August, a total of 50 valid questionnaires were returned.
