“让教师慢而优雅的生活”是北京小学翡翠城分校一直倡导的教师培养理念。北京小学翡翠城分校工会通过组建教师社团、升级职工之家、推进师德建设等举措,努力将学校建设成教师温暖的家。教师社团活动在学校遍地开花2016年在工会的帮助下,教师瑜伽社团和舞蹈社团正式成立,老师们又多了一项休闲活动。为了让社团活动充分活跃起来,每周的周一到周四下午3:30到4:30,学校都给老师一个小时的社团活动时间。工会为社团提供场地、器材等支持,还聘请了专业老师进行
