晶体过氧化氢碳酸酰胺复合物(简称晶体过氧化氢),为一种新型的内给氧制剂,虽晶体过氧化氢的稳定性比过氧化氢溶液有所提高,但在30℃以上贮存时稳定性仍差,故在高温季节贮藏,运输均带来不便。文献报道,若在晶体过氧化氢中加入少量的酸或酸性盐。以及在浓的枸橼酸水溶液或醇溶液中结晶,可增加制品的稳定性。本院参照有关文献在上述实验基础上,对枸橼酸的加入方法及加入量,进行了一系列的筛选及进一步的研究。一、枸橼酸用量的筛选1.实验材料与仪器:过氧化氢AR(上海桃浦化工厂)碳酸酰胺AR(广州化学试剂厂)枸橼酸注射
