在以往的实验中我们注意到烧伤后动物血液粘度明显增加,高渗盐溶液治疗能明显降低其全血粘度和全血还原粘度。而红细胞是血液的主要细胞成分,它的流变特性的改变将决定血液流变学特性变化走向。究竟烧伤后红细胞膜的流变特性是如何变化的?高渗盐溶液是否通过改善红细胞膜的流变特性实现其降低血液粘度的呢?我们仅就上述两点进行探讨如下。
In previous experiments, we noticed a significant increase in the blood viscosity of animals after burn, hypertonic saline treatment can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and whole blood reducing viscosity. The red blood cells are the main cellular components of the blood, and its rheological properties will determine the changes in the direction of changes in blood rheology. Whether the rheological properties of erythrocyte membranes change after burn? Is hypertonic saline solution reducing blood viscosity by improving the rheological properties of erythrocyte membranes? We will discuss the following two points only.
